Default Visiting NYC - need suggestions for stuff to do

Headed to NYC for three weeks, so I should be able to see a lot of stuff. Need suggestions more for the touristy type stuff to go see during the day rather than for clubs/restaurants, etc.

Looking at some of the websits online, here's what I came across as the obvious main stuff to see. Any advice on what I should check out, and what should I skip?

Empire State Building
Central Park
Times Square
Ground Zero
Statue of Liberty (might skip)
Rockefeller center
Yankees game
NYSE/financial district
Letterman (maybe)
Daily Show (hopefully)
Trump Tower?
Museums -never really gone to an art museum, figured I'd go to the Met, should I check out Moma or Guggenheim as well?

Walking Tours? Cool, or just go see the stuff myself?
Double Decker Bus Tours?

What else?

Also, I'm going to be headed to AC and Foxwoods on the weekends, but I'd like to play some poker in the city as well. So if you can pm me about some places that may or may not exist, I'd appreciate it.

Check out MOMA and probably do the Circle Line since you're doing the rest of the tourist traps.

If Shea is horrible than Yankee Stadium is also a dump. Yankee stadium looks nicer from the outside, from the inside Shea has a better view, better lighting. Essentially both stadium are just as old and are PERFECTLY fine to view baseball in. People that think Shea is horrible and Yankee stadium is this great Kingdom are pretty delluted. Because a stadium doesn't have a swimming pool and a little kiddie fun land in the back doesn't make it horrible.
