Thats awesome what you did Tony, I don't think too many managers would have done something like that. It's good that you are ok, and the guy didn't have a gun or knife.

They don't use code words to act cool. They don't want to upset customers who may overhear the radio call (though a customer would have to be pretty dense to be unable to decipher "Code Adam").

That's pretty cool, Tony. You are a hero. I'd only do something like that for personal satisfaction and the safety of the other workers involved in the incident.

I assume the pinched guy will rat out his accomplice, or you'll use the CCTV to shop her, so I guess you or other workers will be testifying at the trial. Tell us how the trial goes.
