Default Draw Poker Pair vs. Pair contests

How do I calculate the probability that a pair will win in a showdown against another pair. For instance, the probability that a player who holds AAxxx pre-draw of winning in a showdown against a player who holds JJxxx pre-draw is different to KKxxx vs. JJxxx.

What is the formula/procedure to use to calculate the probability?
