Default $25 NL - AQs - river brings flush possibility for opponent

Villian is 91/12/0.55 over 207 hands.

1. I realize my turn raise is too low...what's a good amount?
2. What's my play on the river?

I c-bet this flop-it's likely no one hit and i think it's positive ev to c-bet. Then either lead the turn for 3/4 or check raise to around $6, you want money in the pot

id beat it out (the riv), half pot value bet or 1/3 pot blocking bet...if you get raised you could probably lay it down..but he looks like a calling station and could have any hand...
