my empire account doesn't work after a 1st deposit?!

so i made my first deposit today on empire and now 4 hours later i can't login my account, it says it doesn't recognize my username/pw. so emailed them and they called me back like 15 and i asked if there was any weird stuff going on in my account, and they said no. the deposit went through smoothly they said. then the guy kept telling me to try loggin in again like 4 times, and it never worked. so they told me to email them at info@empirepoker.com and request a updated new password. i don't think someone hacked it because the guy said nothing strange was going on in my account. and is there a fricking phone number support to call? the email thing is weak. anyone else experience this for a first time deposit on empire?
Cliffs: 1st deposit on empire went through and now it won't recognize my login/pw. i'm pretty sure it wasn't hacked.
