Default River decision, against nitty boy

Villian is 15.53/10 over about 110 hands.

I have been pretty aggro at the table the last 30 hands or so, due mostly in part to getting good starting cards. Villian hasn't played a hand yet or if he has I haven't noticed.

Bet 3/bet all in on the flop.

I think I'd check/call on the river. Check/fold might be good, too.

I should say, my plan was to C/R the flop. I thought that since I had been fairly aggro, that villian may try to flat call PF with KK/AA. Obv. the C/R didn't work so . . .
