Ok, pre-flop is whatever. What is you plan after flop? Do you think you will bet the turn and as played how about the river?

Villain is 20/10 pre-flop, post-flop seems to stay out of trouble i.e. folds a lot.

Stack sizes:
UTG: $74.70
Button: $123.65
Hero: $137.75
BB: $101.50

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $3.5</font>, BB calls.

Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($7, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $5</font>, BB calls.

Turn: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($17, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $12</font>, BB calls.

River: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($41, 2 players)

I'm looking for a small pot here. The board shows 3 spades and 4 cards to a straight. This is a lose/split situation so I check the turn and see what happens. As played, I'd blockbet the river and fold to a raise.

also i agree with rines turn plan, i think he raises a set/two pair on the flop.

That's not the description of a typical bluffer I'd think.

was talking just more in general than the specific opponent. but with the specific opponent block bet seems optimal.

what do you think is the best number to bet on the river?

$20-$25 seems fine.
