FirePay withdrawal fee

I logged in to make a withdrawal from my FirePay account and they are trying to charge me a $10 fee. It says that withdrawals are free for "active" users. I haven't gotten a response from them so I'm asking here. Does anybody know what the definition of "active" is?

i think it means that you are actively using your account - when was the last time you used it?

If you play at party, deposit there, play a few hands, and cashout to neteller.

Yes..but when you do this say in FTP and the transfer nevers shows in your account and FTP is telling you they sent it and Neteller has it--and you give neteller the NT code..just hope they don't comeback and tell you that oops they accidentally transfered the money to someone else's account on accident.
