I saw that post after I started playing there. Hopefully it won't be a big deal. I don't know how they can deny that I've been actively playing in hands if I have Poker Tracker stats to back up my play.

I would raise. The BB could have anything and may be just trying a bluff here. If he raises I would just call him down.

Welcome to the form and I hope to see you here often. There is a wealth of information here and players that are eager to help. Good luck!

For those who might be interested, here are the results of the hand. I think they back up the fact that the correct call is to raise his bet on the turn:

Turn: (3 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
SB checks, <font color="red">BB bets</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="red">Hero calls</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

River: (5 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="red">BB bets</font>, <font color="red">Hero calls</font>.

Final Pot: 7 BB

Results:
BB has Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (flush, queen high).
Hero has J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (three of a kind, jacks).

Outcome: BB wins 7 BB.

I feel like I'm missing some opportunities to be more aggressive post-flop, and this is an example where it might have cost me a hand.

The table in general was a bunch of rocks

You need to fold this PF with a bunch of rocks.

Flop is standard.

I am raising the turn to see where I am at. SB will proably go away and now its HU. Probably going to fold to a reraise.

Last card is going to tell us a lot. If he leads I call, if he checks I bet and fold to a reraise.

This was a good opportunity to be more aggressive post-flop but in no way did it cost you the pot. Short of learning to river a better card, nothing you could have done would have changed the outcome here.
