Default $11 speed on the bubble.

Villain is a straight forward player who at least has a decent hand. Can you make a case for not going all in here?

Blinds 200-400

You are already sure the villain has atleast a decent hand + no FE could be a case for not going all in.

Of course, I'm going broke with AQs here unless I think villain is a rock.

Not as the shortstack, no. Your hand is way to good. Be happy to get it in here.

FOLD!

Villain is pot commited since he almost gets 4:1(he will call and have no fold equity). So the decision is calling an all-in on the bubble. Since Villain have a decent hand I assume his HD is somewhat around: 44+,A7s+,A9o+,KJs+.

This makes it a EV- to raise all-in/call his declare of all-in using SNGPT.

You will need JJ+ to call(asuming the HD above is somewhat correct).

If you put him on a wider range and a pretty loose range, like:22+,A2s+,A3o+,KTs+,KJo+,QJs. It gets really borderline with a small EV+ and you can call with:99+,AKo,AQs+.

I would fold with the first range and looking to push a wide range of hands one of the two coming hands to come, where I can find some fold equity.

Or if you could put him on the wider range of hands a call is marginell EV+ and the correct decision IMO.

I shove
You say he is a straightforward player with at least a hand, but considdering his big stack, what is considered "a hand" in his postion ? Any ace ?
Being the shortstack in dire need of some chips I'm willing to get my chips in right now.
I'd say it's at least a coinflip, and since I think you don't even have much FE left against the other 2 players with their average stacks ... shove
