Default \"Any-two\" pushes

I tried the search-function...

Is there a rule for pushing any-two ? Is it only depending on stacksizes (Harrington's M)?

Your stack, the other player(s) stack(s), poeple left to act, people left in the game, their calling ranges and the blind size. Do a search on ICM, and play along with SNGPT or bubble trainer and you will soon discover in which situations your pushing range can be very wide ("any two")
