Go to your local library. They likely have language CDs. These are extremely helpful. If you are sitting at home or something listen to them for an hour or so while you are reading leisurely or practice instead of watching TV. They are quite helpful.

Watching movies in Spanish with English subtitles is also a good idea as was mentioned. For extra practice watch the movie like this once and then remove the subtitles the second and subsequent times you watch it.
