is there a sit n go power tools guide?

i've heard so many great reviews for this program. now that i've finally got it i'm not quite sure how to use it. is there a guide or something? do i have to like manually enter all the situations if i wanna review a SNG? what's the difference between clicking "compute" and "compute all"?
