Here's something that makes zero sense.

My senior year of high school, I don't think I ever got my mile time under 5:00, although I hit 5:01 a couple times.

My fastest 2 mile time? 10:17.

Yep, I could run a mile in 5:00 and two miles at a sub 5:10 pace. Go figure.

I ran in high school and college.

400: 48.8
800: 1:51.72
5K: Low 16s, don't remember exactly.

I still run almost everyday but don't wear a watch. Now it's just for relaxation.

mile: 4:15
3 miles: 16:00 (I think the exact was 16:02)
9 miles: 58 minutes

I did a 24 hour run, where you have a group of 10 people who run 1 mile consecutively for 24 hours. My first 20 miles were under 5 minutes, 45 seconds. Back in the day, I was a running bastard.

Now? Not so much. I could probably do a mile in around 6:45 or so. I haven't run in about 3 years though.

Damn Shajen, you were a running bastard. Very impressive. If I remember correctly you're in the Altanta area - lots of nice trails around the Chattahoochee river parks if the mood ever strikes you to get back at it.

Flourescent, thanks dude.

Sherpa, damn right.

Iuno what the rules on bumping are here, but i just saw this.

400M-54 all out at end of w/o..didn't run it open last spring
800M-2:02 i'll be damned if i don't break 2 this year also i was our 6th best 800 runner and 5 of us are coming back
1600M- 4:50 didn't run at all junior year
3200M- 10:35 once again my soph time

300m: 39 ish
100m: 11.95
60m: 8.16 (this is an oooold record from when i was 12yrs old)

I was quite good as a kid, won swedens largest indoor competition two years straight. Too bad i got lazy when i got older and quit.

Wonder how fast i could run 60m today?
