A very \"Noble\" fiasco
A few weeks ago I received one of those typical emails from Noble Poker offering me $20 free to play at their tables. I've had these offers from other sites and always blew them at a NL table on an oesd or some silly draw, but this time I thought I would take the casino at their word. I've largely stopped playing cards online up till this point, but what the heck, 500 crowns can't be that bad...right?
Several hours later... Cool, I have 505 crowns and I'm up to $64. I request a neteller cashout and the next morning it is declined. Bianca from the finance department says I have to complete an additional 15 raked hands (not crowns). Wtf I say (a little more politely), the offer said 500 crowns and didn't say anything about raked hands. Oh, sorry for the "misunderstanding" she says. After a little bit of grumbling, I give in because 15 raked hands is almost nothing. I log in, sit down and I am dealt 15 hands where I can see the pot being raked. I request another cashout, bingo, declined. Now Eric from the finance department says I still have 15 more raked hands to go. Worse still, he thinks I can see my raked hands from their "account" menu, but instead all you can see is crowns. These people make as much sense as a pack of drunken lemurs! |
