"MAKE IT 3!! (make it 6!!!" or "I BET xxx amount" works effectively.

I only feel the need to announce raises. Checks can be done very effectively with gestures (except when guys insist on gesturing to their left with their index finger instead of tapping the table). Calls are usually self-explanatory as well.
