Interview with American Income Life, know anything about them?
I have an interview with www.AIlife.com tomorrow in STL for a sales position. Does anyone know anything about them? Are they a good company? Will it be totally commission-based? If I get the job, am I going to have to be doing a bunch of cold-calling of potential clients? I don't think I am a very good salesman so I'm not sure if this job will be right for me. Any input is appreciated.

I would hate it at first as you need to make sales quick and the easiest way is to hit up all your friends and family. |

Re: Interview with American Income Life, know anything about them?
AIL deals sells insurance like many other companies. The differenciate themselves by dealing primarily with unions and their members. That is how they obtain their leads. You will be warm/cold calling members and setting up appointments to sell AIL products. Yes, to be successful you should have some sales ability and not have a problem calling lots of people daily. Can you make money, of course. Is it easy, of course not.
Note: I do not work for this company, and I do not have an opinion as to whether it is a good opp or not. It will be what you make it. |
