I couldn't get over the fact that both of these guys called $60 preflop. I put SB on Aces or Kings. Is this right?

yeah I highly highly doubt you have to worry about UTG, he's probably making the worst blocking bet ever seen by mankind. And as was mentioned above, you can't worry about the sb at this point. He has too little in his stack given the pot size. Raise the flop!!!
