Default ICM problem I think

A buddy of mine emailed me this question from a stars 55 turbo. I know this is a simple problem for many of you, but was wondering the best way to find a solution.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (6 handed) converter

Hero (t3690)
UTG (t1420)
MP (t3320)
CO (t720)
Button (t2795)
SB (t1555)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Ks, 5h.
2 folds, CO raises to t695, 2 folds, Hero ?

So we have a situation where you have the big stack, and the cutoff has moved all-in on you. It's t495 to call, and the pot is currently 1145. Assume a SNG payout structure of 50/30/20%

a) do you call?
b) what is your calling range?
c) assuming you could see the cutoff's hole cards, which holdings do you fold K5o against?

One way to find a solution is to plug everything into SNGPT and let it tell you the answer.
