I saw that clip as well. As I said to Befolder I am going to start at .10/.20 and I have $300.00 to start with.
I will take your advice about searching out good bankroll mangement practices. I'm sure the search function will give me plenty to read.

To those discussing bankroll. I went busto (redeposited many times over), but it is possible to do it without if you have the right BR management skills. All my Bustos were pre 2+2 and still technically a hole I am trying to climb out of. <font color="red">In the red</font> though I am confidently a winning player now.

September goals:
I only have 2
1. Seriously work on my game.
----Including but not limited to.
-5K hands at .50/1 in the black
-Decrease WTSD, increase AF (in the right spots)
-No bonus hunting just focus on play for a month
-2 small (1.10) SnG's a week. To work on tourney and NL skillz
-Read: Ace On The River, Little Green Book, and maybe NLTAP
-2 tables instead of 3 focusing heavily on my decisions and notes
-weekly reviews of my play, including participating in the session reviews.
-reply with less garbage and to more hand posts (yeah right)
-flesh out some ideas for pooh-bah post

2. Get out of my life downswing/tilt
---Including but not limited to
-Limit my total play time to 12hrs. or less/week. So I can focus on other things.
-Spend as much time as possible with my father before he moves 6hrs away (moving at the end of Sept).*
-I pay 35+BB/month for a gym membership I don't use so I should get back into that. So walking/running for at least 1/2hour 15 days this month.
-Be OK with my dad selling the house I grew up in by the time he moves.*
-Be OK with my new boss, help my boss find a new asst. mgr., get back to the job I love doing instead of being my boss' asst. mgr.*
-quit [censored] smoking
-Have a great 28th birthday

1. stay at Paradise 3/6 until all $400 of my bonus is cleared. So much better than ABS.

2. stay away from ABS. I swear that site hates me (and loves Miles)

3. Get in 10K hands of 3/6. If the rest of the month is as good as yesterday I will be happy.

4. Run/play goot in Vegas.

5. work out more, very lousy last month (mainly due to work being busy, I work out at our gym)

6. Reread Zen and the Art of Poker.

7. continue my work on tilt control (I think I have this as a goal every month. Maybe #6 will help.

Poker goals:

+ Consolidate funds from various sites to take a concerted shot at $0.50/$1 full ring. Recommendations for a site with a nice bonus welcome.

+ Continue to improve 6-max game, though at $0.25/$0.50.

+ Play live with my friends at school all the time.

+ Review SSH, ignore HPFAP for the time being.

Life goals:

+ Get senior thesis rolling.

+ Train hard for upcoming crew season so I don't look like a gimpy old man next to the incoming recruits.

+ Finish moving in to new house.

1. Not wasting my money on going out 3 or 4 nights a week, so I don't have to keep cashing out my bankroll and dropping down
2.Stop being results orientated
3. Get my W2SD down to around 32%
4. Keep my VPIP at 20% and my PFR's at 11%
5. Post more, but taking a lot more care. i.e not responding with the first thing that comes into my head, after barely reading the post whilst multi-tabling

Exactly, which is why we must bring it together. BTW, isn't a rag-tag just a tight aggressive player who dresses poorly. Sorry, I couldn't help myself.
