Default Hand from 11speeds, AK

HI, my friend was playing a SNG and this hand came up, I thought he played it horribly and the right play would of been Isolate Golfergirls and get her all in on flop, since the vibe was Hellothere was weak...

He folded, which was horrible, but he thought was right play, so I made this thread to prove to him he was wrong in his fold...

Flop fold was definitely *not* horrible.

Just calling PF was the worse play.

I think I'd lead into that flop, the c/f line seems too weak, c/r trying to isolate just seems like FPS to me. Chip position is commanding and I don't want to get married to top pair in this situation.

Raise PF..(worst misplay in the hand)...

And I think leading out the flop here is a much better play than the fold (which isn't terrible...especially given the check he made...)

I think checking almost makes folding a good play...That said...leading out is a much better play in my opinion. It lets you get some more information on what the players have if YOU lead out for a decent bet...You'd KNOW folding was the right play if you got raised and had a caller behind or something.

Re-reraise all in preflop. As played lead flop 2/3 pot and fold to any action.

basically this hand was played as weak/tight as possible.

raise more preflop, reraise preflop, bet more on the flop, dont fold.

I'd push pf unless utg is tight.
