Default NL 100 - TT in position

I'm having a rough time right now. After moving up to 100 NL I ran very good and quickly scored +5 buyins. As of now I've lost as much again and am questioning my play very much...

Check, I'd say he either has overcards or has an overpair, and you overpair is the worst. There does not look to be much value on the river, he could easily have jacks. If he has overcards, hes probably not calling either. TAke your showdown.

I just call the flop. I also consider 3-betting preflop, but this being FR then maybe not.

as played, check behind. with this board he won't call a bet from you on the river, he'll just raise you.

I'd 3 bet PF.

As played, I raise the flop more, around 28.
If he still calls, I check turn against an unknown.
On river, If he bets a decent amount, I fold. If he checks, I push.

I check the river. You're not going to get a bigger pair to fold on this board I believe and will only be called by better hands or worse yet CRd. Take your free river showdown and cross your fingers.

So I checked behind as most of you suggested. He showed JJ.
I think I should really start 3betting these hand pre-flop. This will define their hand more, and may even give me more FE on later streets. At this level only AA/KK re-raise pre-flop.

in position I like 3 betting here with AK, QQ JJ and sometimes tt, there are only two ways to get JJ to fold 1.) (strong arm line) is to 3 bet preflop, raise the flop bet turn and shove river, or 2.) call pre-flop, raise flop, check turn then shove to river club, that way your line looks really like AKs in clubs and i think villain will fold JJ to that line, if hes a thinker at all at least. then downside being he may shove the river to the CLUB but with the line perscribed above it looks so much like overcards with a flush draw that its dirty and thats why i like that line best in this situation, your tt is vulnearable, but you have position which leaves JJ out to try and deduce your hand and with the check on the turn i dont think there is any real way he can put you on that hand
