Default AKo RR pf gets in trouble on flop $100 6max

I lost a pot a few hands ago and forgot to reload which is why I'm at 85.

Villain is a 50/20/3 lag over not a huge sample. He liked to raise cbets, but this is for stacks here.

PF ok? BTN and SB are nondescript 30/10/1 players. Would calling be really bad?

2 questions about the flop bet:

Is it large enough? I still remember cts saying that cbets in RR pots should be closer to 1/2 pot than full pot, but I'm about 1 for 15 in getting a fold using a bet of like 55-60% pot. When I have AA it's ok, but here it obviously isn't.

Should I make my bet large enough such that I have to call a push? I didn't think about it until after the hand, but it might not have been such a bad idea here. If I bet 30 here, I have to call 45 in a 140 pot - I'm +EV against any hand except AA or a set, so on the whole I think I'd be OK against his range.

In my experience, even lags slow down after being 3 bet pf. I think this is a pretty easy fold.

Nope, best case scenario you have ~7 outs here. And this could easily be TT or 66 reducing you to 4 outs. Cbetting more than you have to is spew. This is perfectly played as it is.

I 3-bet most raises from the CO. I will only call vs a super-nit or super-fish.
