I have played poker for thousands of hours online and live.
I am just saying that I dont believe it would have been that bad a beat if I did not hit 3 aces on the turn. The sequence of the cards that got me is why I believe it was such a bad beat. If only the King came on the flop and then 2 blanks came on the turn and river, it would just be a normal 2 outer beat. The way it happened is what made me angry and I do believe it is very rare for something like this to happen.

Did no one else notice this:

I was at $214 dollars when I got dealt pocket aces on the button.

He had pocket aces and I had pocket kings.

The aces magically turned into kings? And then back into aces so they could get bad beeeeeted!

Also, it is very rare to get dealt pocket aces, and have the board show Th Jd 3d 6s 6h.

Wow.

#1 If you're thinking how you could have not lost your money in those spots, you're very bad. Those are spots you dream about getting all your chips in, the result is unimportant.

#2 If getting stacked twice is money "you don't know how you can recover from" then you don't have NEARLY enough money to be playing these games. You say you regularly play 2/5 NL? You should have like $10k roll for that (possibly more if the game plays deep). A $500 loss should be meaningless to you.

/seriousness

I suggest moving up where people will fold kings.
