How to get rid of AIDS/HIV and all the other diseases.

why dont we just have everyone go [censored] eachother with out condoms or any protection. This way we can spread AIDS as fast as possible. We will also offer no medication and have camps for those with HIV. All healthy people will be taken to these camps to have sex once a week. Eventually we will have a race of humans immune to the virus.

This wouldn't work very well, as it's almost impossible for a male to contract HIV/AIDS through heterosexual sex.
