UB cash out

I requested a cahout out of Ub on thurs evening and did not get it so sunday i emial support they told me of problems with new system then noticed my $$ was back in account. Last night I then resent another request and still nothing. Has anyone else had any problem this weekend?

Does your email on UB match the email in Neteller? If not, change one to make them match.

I did have a problem when my email didn't match neteller so I had to correct it. They mailed me a check for some reason.

Since then my email matches and it takes about 2 days for the loot to hit neteller.

I have had a cash out average of about 1 day. Fastest was 2 hours longest was 3 days
