Would you ever fear this (bd) flush?
Thank you to everyone who replied to the last hand. This seems standard. What do you think?
Villain is 56/5.5 over 40 hands so no quality reads unfortunately. Re: Would you ever fear this (bd) flush?
I guess a slowplayed 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] is possible, and, if Villain is aggressive enough, so is something like A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (with 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] X [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] you'd expect a player who's going nuts like that on the turn to put in more flop action).
I'm more worried about 86, though. But hopefully you're up against a lower set or two pair instead. I don't know. MP2's turn cap represents a strong hand. But once you catch your top set on the river, you beat some strong hands. I probably would have 3-bet the river. I also might have 3-bet the turn, but the turn raise would have me worried. I mean, Villain could just have A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] or something, but he could also have been slowplaying, and he could have picked up some weird two pair. |
