Default Party Poker changes hand 4 hand period to absurdly long?

Played in a rebuy tourney today and the hand for hand started when we were 150 away from the money. Now rebuys tend to play deeper than even regular tourneys and even at that this structire obviously was shot to hell as we spent literally over an hour and a half at hand 4 hand with blinds continuin to rise. The chip LEAER had an M of 15 before we were even ITM.

So i call customer service and they tell me that this was not a mistake but rather that's how ALL their tournaments will be from now on. I'm like WTFFF?! Can anyone confirm this or has the same thing happened to them in another tourney? Cause if it's true I'll clearly not be playing anyomre MTTs there

Either Party jsut confirmed they're status as moronic, or customer care was blowin smoke up my wazoo just to get rid of me.

I watched some other tourneys nearing the money and none of them went to hand for hand this early so customer service was just BS-ing me.

It seems to be a bug in the server software. I played in a tourney that paid 150 people and we never went hand-for-hand.

Very strange. I played a tourney yesterday and they only went H for H with less than 5 players before each payout level. I thought that at last party had sorted this out. Still got moved from table to table picking up the BB each time, and closing my table without opening the new one as usual though.

100 got paid, hand for hand started at 240 or so. It was torture. And as an interesting sidenote, I openpushed KK in EP with about 103 people left into AA, we both flopped sets and i busted 101st. 5 hours just to get to the bubble

Party replied to my email acknowledging the fact that there was a problem and told me to email them back in 24 hours.

I had a similar problem with Party earlier in the month and emailed support about it. I don't think the person who read my complaint even understood what the email said. I think that's half of the downfall of Party's support overall - the people answering the emails can barely read english. Beyond that I'm fairly certain these problems are never reported to a higher authority. How could the reps know to report it to someone higher when they can barely comprehend the message to begin with? Their whole support structure is deplorable. That's one of many reasons why, as of this past week, they've lost my business and there's very little they could do at this point to regain it.
