I guess the structured 3/6 vs. 1/5 spread will make slightly larger pots (more white chips), and will attract a
younger hold 'em player into trying stud. I guess that's what they're going for ?

Without an ante this game will only attract the slightly better old timers that usually play 1/5. These are the same guys that don't play 5/10 because there's an ante.
They'll sit tight just like they do in 1/5, and see free cards all day for a $1 bring-in every now and then.
If this game had a .25 or .50 cent ante it would probably be worthwhile. Aren't there cardrooms in CA where they have 2/4, 3/6 & 4/8 stud games with antes ?

I wonder why Taj management decided to spread this game, especially with stud being so unpopular (amongst the poker boom/TV masses) these days ?
