The turn donk is a bit transparent and the river bluff isn't folding anything. I would rather check/call the river to try and pick off a bluff than bet. I don't think anything that he is 3-betting you with pf is folding especially now that that Q hit (which hits his KQ and AQ and QJs 3 betting range). So I'd either check/call or check/fold.
