I haven't used a Neteller withdrawal in years. Party/Empire's exchange rate is consistantly at or better than xe.com's.

It's well known that your Neteller MUST be in US funds or you get screwed on EVERY poker site transaction.

Contact Neteller to create a new account and close your baaaaaad one.
