Default PLO 200 : Am I rivered ?

Don't have the HH as it was the last hand in the session and something messed up.

Game is PLO 1/2 3-handed.
Vilain is a decent opponent, slightly LAG. I have expierenced 1/2 pot c-bets all the session long (BTW what do you think about it 3-handed ?)

Stacks : Hero & Vilain ~200. Rabbit ~ 40.
Vilain is SB ; Rabbit is BB.

Dealt to hero : JJ55 ds.

Pre-flop : Hero raises to 7. Vilain (SB) calls. Rabbit (BB) calls. (pot : 21)

Flop : J73r.

Flop : Vilain checks. Rabbit checks. Hero bets 10 (as I said I experienced half pot c-bets all the session long..). Vilain calls. Rabbit folds (pot : 41)

Turn : Vilain checks. Hero bets 16 (stupid ?). Vilain calls. (pot : 73)

Turn : A for AJ73r

Vilain checks. Hero bets 16 (stupid huh?). Vilain calls (pot :73)

River A for AAJ73.

Vilain bets pot (73). Hero ???

I like betting at least 2/3 pot on the turn. He might have 89T.

You should have potted both streets. Remember, it's entirely feasible that he is drawing w/ 8910 or other combos to the straight. We're playing aggressively, we should not be letting them see free cards when they have a strong chance at counterfeiting you! I call the river.

there should be an option on that poll for "punch self in balls for not betting more flop and turn."

getting rivered is not the problem here. gas the flop and turn this flop sucks and you have no redraws.

Yeah, I admit the way I played it absolutely sucks... It was just an experience (pretty foolish) of raising like 60% of hands on the button (3-handed) and trying some *** half-pot c-bets on flop and on turn.. And then I trapped my self stupidly on this one... Well hopefully, one learns from his mistakes.
Now, assume I've potted the flop and the turn (my normal play by no means). Knowing my man and his hand it will be check/pot/call on flop ckeck/pot/call on turn and pot on river. Is this an easy fold for everybody ?

I don't think your play was bad. Raising with this hand preflop on the button is +EV. Sucks, but easy fold on the river.

a definate call.

although you got yourself in trouble by not potting the turn (the flop bet is a good bet; tho i prefer pot)

your opponent is far more likely to be drawing at something than to have called all the way with aj/a3/a7

the only exception is aa of course, and if he's got that well good luck to him for playing it so immaculately well

good luck

Given the way the hand was played and the betting pattern, I think the most likely hand is AJxx.

fold seems easy especially since you havent really put a whole lot of money in(which you should have)
