My original over/under was 2.5 comments but in a hasty move I decided to lower it to 1.5 via an edit. Turns out I should have stayed with first instinct on the line.

Also, interesting factoid related to the conventions. When laying the over/under in white text in the OP, I struggled with "whinements" versus "whineaments" for words ending in "e" and went with the latter; you choose the former.
