Default Empire VIP club renewed??

Looks that way from their last e-mail. And it looks to be the same terms as the old way INCLUDING the free $100 for Royal Flush club members on your first $1k deposit each mth.

Unfortunately, it looks like they just took whatever left-over points you had before the discontinuation of the program (not all of your past accumulated points).

I had over 27k accumulated points before.
But now I only have 7.2k accumulated.

So I guess I need to get to 15k points AGAIN to get back to the free $100 bonus each month.
And I wonder if I get ANOTHER television at 25k points.

They also appear to keeping the idiotic sq-rt of hands played each day method for crediting points (as well as the sq total # of MTT's played per day that I was so fond of back in the day).

I've sent an e-mail to Empire support to see if I am still eligible for the free $100 (since I am listed at 7.2k accumulated points I am guessing I am not...but if it means I can get another free TV then I'm okay with that).

i only have 3k(i spent a lot of them) or so points, but it still has me listed as royal flush member. so, it looks like there might be a chance that the royal benefits are still applicable. i'm still kinda pissed though, cause i was about 1k points away from getting the free tv when empire was shut down. yet, it only shows my current 3k as my accumulated total.

Right. I see now that I am still listed as Royal Flush.

I got the TV in May, 2004 and it's decent (not fantastic...27" but it's a box, not a flat-screen...so it's really freaking heavy).

I haven't heard back from their VIP-support team about this yet.
I think it would be awesome if I got another TV once I hit 25k points again.

I don't think I have seen an Empire email in months.
I still have 15,000 points and would really like to get that free $100 out of them since they canceled it right after I reached 15K, or so I thought....
I assume they have not been doing the free $100 since Party took over, correct?

Are they doing the free $100 for August or September?

Store looked the same as a year ago. Nothing new in my cursory glance.

Dear Robert,

Thank you for contacting us.

I am sorry for the scare that you have had with this information, but don't panic, it is not quite correct.

We have been launching the club little by little, and the points are not yet showing as correct.

You are still in the Royal Flush Program. This is a lifetime membership that we will not take away from you.

We will update the points as soon as possible, but until then, you are entitled to everything mentioned in the Royal Flush Program.

We wish you well on the site, and please do not hesitate in contacting us if you have any further questions.

I thought they discontinued the $100 per month. Is it back on again?

Thanks,
Jason

Ok, the way these epoints are awarded doesn't make much sense to me. For example. I play 2000 raked hands one day. I would get 44.72 epoints.(the square root of 2000), but If I were to spread out the 2000 raked hands over 8 equal days, I would get 126.4 epoints. (square root of 250 x 8)

EPoints

Am I missing something or are the high volume multitablers getting yanked?
