Invite 5 fat guys over and feed them beans and beer. The smoke smell should be gone within the hour. Never mind the smell of fart, balls and armpit might be worse.

Ozium is prob the best thing to use on anything. You wont even notice the smell of the spray a few min afterwards.

The problem with smells like this is that they tend to get trapped in soft furnishings (curtains, cushions, sofa, carpets etc). So fabreze is good, maybe put a bowl/saucer of bicarbonate of soda in each room (absorbs smells). If you can take all the soft stuff outside and air it out it may help too.

Thanks for the few serious replies. I fully expected the other high school age attempts at humor (none of which were funny).

It actually smells fine now after a couple of days. I moved all the appliances and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen - probably not a bad idea anyway. I then used Febreze on all the curtains and furniture. Finally I vacuumed all the carpets twice and just finished shampooing them. The house looks and smells better than it ever has.

It actually probably still smells awful, you've just gotten used to it.
