For those not taking advantage, it might be -EV not to gamble and hope they don't take it away, since you're basically trading this bonus + all future bonuses for a measly $100. Plus its not certain they'll take it away.

That's a good point, but it's not one ignored. Truth be told, I am on the fence whether to ]i]ever[/i] play at Party again. I was just trying to spare everyone the melodrama of adding myself to the huge pile of people who have been saying "OMG I am never playing at Party again!"

Im pretty sure it was established in the backgammon thread, Party wasnt taking money back from deposits.

More interesting question is if it's reversed when cashing out for those who got away with the Gammon whoring before confiscation.
