Default 6.50t facing raise from UTG.

no reads on villian hasnt shown down a hand. My question here is do I ignore the gap concept here due to my short stack and take what is at best a coinflip as no fold equity here?

Forget about theories. You are short-stacked, and you have 10 10. Obvious push.

I know I dont have much left but I am debating wether or not I should go off my chip stack or take into account the gap concept and fold to allow a push of any 2 on next hand with no one raising in front of me.

You can't take any concept into consideration when you have less than 10BB left..

BB is 200, you have 960, and you have 1010. You must push.
