Anyways, there's some good advice here. I guess I'll just have to keep doing what I've been doing and hope she gets used to the idea eventually.

ok....also before someone advises you to find the right girl yada yada yada
realize you are in high school and whatever you start is most likely doomed to end in failure. YOu might as well be gathering experiences that help you grow as a person. Do not get trapped in this thing if the girl will not give it up and you have viable alternatives (but don't burn bridges either). Granted...8 days isn't that long, but 2+ months is a lifetime at your age.

Especially after I cheated on her a few days ago(go me....[censored] moron) and she didn't break up with me, so I would feel kinda douchey if I broke up with her right now. Plus I do like her and hopefully this turns out to be not a big deal after a while.
