This board looks quite scary to your opponents too therefore I doubt you'll get called 99.9% of the time. Checking rarely gives you a free card since CO will often bet when checked to. Therefore you can do the betting on your own, the additional fold equity you get should make up for the chance of being raised (I doubt a typical player will raise with less than a pair of kings here).
