Secondly, I can't fold KK preflop.

Your minraise of his minraise is horrible, Make it $20 right there. If he comes over the top of that, after having minraised you previously, I'd be 99.9 percent sure he has aces and would fold. I think you went broke.

Use a converter.

General rule of thumb is not to fold KK preflop with a 100BB stack unless you have a very good read on oppoonent. Beyond this, however, your preflop minraises are pretty awful. His re-minraising leads me to believe he very well could have AA, but I am getting my stack in here. If he has AA so be it, I reload. But for the love of God don't minraise a minraise, its painful to see.
