We have something similar to this at my school - "anything for a buck." It's fake money like above, but there's a lot of stuff the girls can use their money for, like frat t-shirts, mugs, and stuff, as well as use their money to buy alcohol. It's really really easy...you just walk up to a chick and say, "$2 to show me your [censored]." and they do it. BJ's were not uncommon, and I'm pretty sure every guy there hooked up with one of the girls, whether they "paid" for it or not.
