The death penalty is awesome. Kill them all, except the politicians.

Also, is the slave trader by today's standards or by the standards in place when slavery was prevalent?

Kill the serial killer in the first two polls, nothing in the last one because a lifetime in jail is not something I would risk unless the crimes were committed against someone very close to me.

does this include catching them in the act? If I found a guy raping my gf/sister/mother I would at least attempt to beat them unconcious. If they die, oh well. Serial killers get the same treatment. I live in Wichita (where BTK resurfaced recently) and walking around the university I thought about what I would do if I found that [censored] on campus...and it was not pretty.
