Default PokerStars $109 hand

10 away from the bubble, 46 people left, average stack is 9kish. Blinds are 200/400 and I was moved to this table three hands ago.


PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (7 handed)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

With no read here, i'm calling. I can lay down Jacks here but not queens. I am also not concerned about being 10 off the bubble because I am more focussed on final tables. However, 1 or 2 spots off the bubble I probably make an exception and fold my way to a cash.

If you're not sure how to respond to a reraise, then --
a. move in yourself
b. just call

As played, absent reads, I fold. At best racing with AK, at worst overpair. You still have some chips to work with - play a pushbot short stack game

Moving in sucks IMO.

Once you raise 4,000 gotta call push. I rr less because I'm in position. If you have are even considering folding to a push 4,000 is too much.

I make it 3,000 and end up calling a push anyway.
