fwiw, I had deposited $100 a couple of weeks ago planning to bw them, but could never find tables with space. Also didn't love the software. But, let the money sit there, because I wasn't really thinking about it. Read this thread this morning, and requested my money withdrawn...no problem, back in Neteller inside of 2 hours.

Dunno if any of it's true. I won't play there because the software sucks and they seem to try to keep the tables over-crowded, no other reasons.

In the BW link it says that he played w/ a 7% VPIP which is pretty damn low. I don't like Bet365 (software, tight players, etc) but they have always paid my bonus promptly. I'm not sticking up for them but I would need more than the word of one super mouse to stop me from ever playing there again. With that being said, thanks for informing us Greg. If more people have issues I hope we find out about it.

I have BWed there the past 4 months and have mostly completed the 500 raked hands. My vpip there is about 18% and I received the latest bonus but decided to pull everything out for the reasons you mentioned. I can't say I was mistreated in any way, but the increased multiplier this month and the rockish nature of the tables makes it undesirable for me. Thanks for the heads-up.

I don't really like the interface and there are usually only a couple tables going. Overall I have done fairly well, but it definately looks like the bonuses are going downhill (from $100, Nov & Dec to $50 in Jan with warning). I would like to pull out some of my deposite but can't seem to find a method to access Neteller. Anyone else have to withdraw using another method or am I just missing it?

Heh, nevermind I think I figured it out. You have to do the transfer from Neteller not Bet365.

They make it a pain. They have the info on how to do it on the BW website if you are still having issues.

A while ago when I was first starting out, I played at Bet365 for a short $50 bonus for 250 raked hands. When I wanted to cash out, I found their process EXTREMELY difficult/complicated. I had to call them, the customer service was VERY unreliable. They told me that Neteller had to request funds back (Something I had NEVER seen before...most sites just wire it out for you directly, especially when u used neteller to deposit). Couple days later (maybe 5 or so) the money had still not been transferred into Neteller, BUT my account balance on bet365 had gone to $0.xx (basically they deducted my money w/o transferring it first). I had to call them and they claimed it to be a mistake (I had never heard people complain so I assumed it was just a mistake). Never went back after that. Now I'm not copmletely convinced they didn't do this on purpose...

I just pulled my money out of their site for all the above reasons. However, I will say that I have never had a problem getting my bonus from them(I played less than 600 hands each month). Customer service has always been easy to deal with, and I got my cashout to neteller in less than 24hrs(I don't know how long it took exactly, 'cause I didn't check it repeatedly).

I just hit up Starluck and Planetluck and after having a huge downswing initially (and bitching to detruncate about it via IM), hit a legendary rush of cards to net ~$235 (including bonuses).

thats nothing, I cleared those 2 at a +310, went to bet365 and cleared that +800, went to intercasino and cleared that +172.50, then finally to be the dealer(and its sick 8800 WR) and cleared that +303

and up $200 at party bj this month as well, I've officially retired from BJ, the catchup variance would be too sucky to go through

I had a sucky time cashing out from bet365, my account was locked twice, but I got it out, and I'm not going back

sure made a sucky poker month feel good

I have retired from casino whoring because the variance downswing is going to be unbearable.
