I think I lead for about 1k, if he's a level 1 thinker and he has any A he's either gonna raise or call. I definitely don't like the check raise, I think leading out is best because maybe a third diamond might stop any action you get from him.

Then maybe you can get the rest in on the turn or the river.

I'd bet 3/4 pot to take it down... I'm always wary of flush draws... If he was on one, he would most likely lay it down.

If called, I'd put him on AK..... maybe KQ diamonds...?
