Paradise Hand Histories?????

Is anyone else not getting their hand histories emailed to them??? This has only started for me in the last 24hrs. Emailed them and I gotta say i believe they hire the same monkeys that party has working for them.

ive had the same problem. I just got through sending their support a pretty detailed email. I was able to switch it to another account and get them though. So its actually my isp thats is blocking but it might be that the dns is not setup correctly on this new email server of theirs.

Paradise poker is pretty much fuggin clueless technically.

It took them 9 months to get their waitlists semi-fixed.

Their hand histories have been lost in cyberspace for the last 2 days or so.

They are the last major room that does not store hand histories locally on your hard drive.

Paradise is about 3-5 years behind in software development compared to other large rooms.

i had my hands emailed for years then last week nothing, i set up new yahoo account and evreything is working fine again.

Never had a problem, are you sure you are checking your right email account?

I had no trouble obtaining hand histories on 8/18 and 8/19. I have not played today.

Finally, Today, after 50 emails back and forth they all came within an hour. Why do these sites, when they have problems just come out and tell us instead of sending canned emails that don't answer the original question????

We understand that hiccups happen, and we would be more patient if we knew there was a problem you were working on.

Then to add insult, blame us for doing something different when all along it was there own server problems???

yes I complained to cs and this morning I received all 2 dozen hand history requests I've made over the last 3 or so days.

if hh's were saved locally to the player's hard drive this would not be an issue..also if that happened we would be able to use PokerAce hud at Paradise.
