t-nation.com
defrancostraining.com

Chad Waterbury's "Total Body Training"
Joe Defranco's "Westside for Skinny Bastards I and II"

IMO both are the perfect mix for athletic performance and looking good nekkid

Haha, askin for lifting advice on a poker forum ) Check out t-nation.com, they are the 2+2 of bodybuilding and nutrition. I'm sure a lot of other 2+2ers would agree with my analogy.

[/ QUOTE ]

t-nation is a heavily moderated ad for biotest supplements. The way their authors whore themselves is disgusting. Further it is populated with morans and their authors are barely a step above the bodybuilding rags they love to lambast.

Now if you had said something like avantlabs is the 2+2 of lifting, well that would have made sense.

And for the OP, elitefts.com might be worthwhile, they focus on westside style powerlifting.

Monday (push day): Bench press, weighted dips, shoulder press

Wednesday (leg day): Squats/leg press, stiff leg deads, calf raises

Friday or Saturday (pull day): Deadlifts, pull-ups, BB curls

[/ QUOTE ]

now this makes sense. i wouldn't do leg press, and i'd replace stiff led deads with good mornings, but otherwise this looks pretty good.

i don't like day 3 being so close to lacrosse days though.
