The reason i pushed was because I honestly wanted to get my chips in knowing he could have ANYTHING, not necesarily an ace either, and probably call. Is there anything wrong to to this one person OTM?

Button (1300) calls (1300-200), hero raises to 600, button reraises to 1600(?), hero pushes and button calls? Button has far more than 1300 if things went like theese.

Whatever, it doesnt matter, u have kk, try to put as much chips of him as u can pf. Just it. Of course once in a while u will see AA.

If, as you say, CO could have anything, than you should definitely be getting all-in preflop. If shorty were shorter, like two or three bb, then you might be able to argue for a fold. But against such a ridiculously wide range, there's zero chance I fold pre-flop here.
