The idea that someone would fold 2 smaller pair on the river here because the pot is small seems to contradict all evidence that these are loose passive monkeys. On the other hand expecting them to bet 2 small pair also seems wrong.

Most players who can beat one pr of A's but can't beat two pr--A's up, will check if u check. However,u will most likely obtain a crying call from two underprs from at least one Oppo--maybe both.
Hence,betting is the correct play on 7th. If U are raised,folding is correct.
