I'm guessing this is still early on in the tourny...but if everyone has big stacks, then the blinds are not of much value in relation to your stack size. Therefore you're best bet, imo, is to occasionally, maybe even half the time, limp with AQs, AKs, in this situation because if you do flop or turn a big hand, e.g. flush, nut straight, you are more than likely to get paid off by the "loose and incompetent" players at the table. Limping in this spot also mixes up your play.

That being said, if I were to raise I would raise it to at lest 5x the bb.
